Young, Successor Trustee, in a Trust Deed from James <br />Elliott Odom, Sr. and Dawn R. Odom, husband and wife, dated April 5, 2000 and recorded in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on April 7, 2000 as Document No. <br />200002728, the Beneficiary of which Trust Deed was First Franklin Financial Corporation; <br />subsequently by reason of an assignment said Trust Deed was assigned to Option One Mortgage <br />Corporation, said assignment dated April 11, 2000 and recorded in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on October 25, 2000 as Instrument No. 0200009194 does hereby <br />notify the above -named persons of a default in said Trust Deed, which Trust Deed was granted upon <br />the following- described real estate, situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit: <br />Lots 26 and 27, Saddle Club Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />and that a breach of the obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as security has <br />occurred in that the grantors of said deed have failed, neglected and refused to make the payments <br />on said note which Trust Deed was given to secure, which became due on the I" day of July, 2000 <br />and thereafter, and that there is now due upon said instrument the principal sum of ONE HUNDRED <br />EIGHTEEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SEVEN DOLLARS AND SIXTY NINE CENTS <br />($118,707.69) together with interest thereon from the I" day of June, 2000 at the rate of 10.625% <br />per annum together with accruing taxes and advancements. <br />
