<br />The undersigned, being first duly sworn upon oath, deposes and states as follows:
<br />1. That I am a notary public, duly commissioned by the State of Nebraska.
<br />2. That in my capacity as a notary public I acknowledged the signatures of Paul T. Meyer and
<br />Peggy L. Meyer, husband and wife, Adam Grupe and Heather Grupe, husband and wife, on that
<br />certain Deed of Trust dated June 23, 2021, and recorded June 24, 2021, as Instrument No.
<br />202105299, AND Assignment of Rents dated June 23, 2021 and recorded June 24, 2021 as
<br />Instrument No. 202105300, covering the following described real estate located and
<br />situated in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot seven (7) running thence Northerly along

<br />angles, 45 feet, thence Southerly, at right angles, 80 feet to the Southerly line of said Lot

<br />Paul T. Meyer and Peggy L. Meyer, husband and wife, Adam Grupe and Heather Grupe,
<br />husband and wife, on that certain Deed of Trust dated June 23, 2021, and recorded June 24,
<br />2021, as Instrument No. 202105299, AND Assignment of Rents dated June 23, 2021 and
<br />recorded June 24, 2021 as Instrument No. 202105300, I did acknowledge Paul T. Meyer and
<br />Peggy L. Meyer, husband and wife, and Adam Grupe and Heather Grupe, husband
<br />and wife.
