BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, ND, <br />herein referred to as Grantee, without any covenant or warranty <br />expressed or implied, all of the following described real estate, <br />to -wit: <br />THE NORTH HALF OF LOT 1 AND LOT 2, BLOCK 13, ARNOLD AND <br />ABBOTTS ADDITION TO THE TOWN, NOW CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />this conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor <br />by that Trust Deed dated the 30th day of December, 1998, and <br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska on the 25th day of January, 1999 as Instrument No. 99- <br />100825 and re- recorded on January 25, 1999 as Instrument No. 99- <br />104943 of the mortgage records of said county, between Tina E. Halm <br />and Hosie Hudson, both single persons, as Trustor, U.S. Bank <br />National Association, Trustee and U.S. Bank National Association <br />ND, as Beneficiary, wherein the Trustors granted and conveyed to <br />such Trustee, on the Trusts therein expressed, the property <br />hereinabove described to secure, among other obligations, the <br />payment of a certain note and interest described in said Trust Deed <br />according to the terms thereof and after the fulfillment of the <br />conditions specified in the Trust Deed authorizing this conveyance <br />by reason of a breach and default by the Trustors made under the <br />terms of said Trust Deed in the particulars set forth in the Notice <br />of Default filed by the Trustee, which default continued until the <br />RETURN TO: <br />PAUL J.
