<br />WHEREAS, The Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated
<br />September 15, 2020, executed by Colby A Hayes and Taylor Rene Hayes; Husband and Wife; as Trustor(s), in
<br />which CORNERSTONE BANK, York, Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as trustee,
<br />and recorded September 17, 2020 in Instrument No. 202006951 of Mortgage Records, in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska has received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written request
<br />to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid and that such Deed of
<br />Trust and the Note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee for cancellation.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of the Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />therein, all the estate and interest derived in the Trustee under the Deed of Trust in the following described
<br />real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lot Two (2), O'Brien Subdivision in the Village of Alda, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 101 Mulberry St, Alda, NE 668810
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, has caused
