BOX 5137, DES MOINES, IA 503065137 <br />Lender is the beneficiary under this Security Instrument. <br />(D) "Trustee" is FIRST AMERICAN TITLE INS <br />(h;) "Note" means the promissory note signed by Borrower and dated SEPTEMBER 14, 2001 <br />The Note sidles that Borrower owes Lender TWM9TY EIGHT THOUSAND AND 00/100 <br />Dollars <br />(U.S. $ *****28, 000.00 ) plus interest. Such term includes, but is not limited to, point -of -sale transfers, automated teller <br />nvichine transactions, transfers initiated by telephone, wire transfers, and automated clearinghouse <br />transfers. <br />(i.)
