202168523 Power of Attorney KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that 1, Karla Mishet Martin Ramos, hereby make, constitute and appoint Rogelio A Mentes de Leon my true and lawful attorney-in-fact with full power and authority in my name and in my stead and on my behalf to manage and control my money, funds, credits, real and personal property, property interests and affairs with powers to include but not limited to the powers as follows: 1.
