NOTICE OF DEFAULT <br />��. The undersigned is the Trustee under a Trust Deed executed by <br />Ramon J. Galindo, Sr., A Single Man, as Trustor on December 23, <br />i <br />1998, in which Mountain West Financial, Inc., was named as <br />Beneficiary. Said Deed of Trust was filed for record on January 5, <br />1999 as Document #99- 100087 in the office of the Register of Deeds <br />of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned to Fleet <br />Mortgage Corp. on December 28, 1998 and recorded on January 5, 1999 <br />as Document #99- 100088 in the office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Notice is hereby given that a breach of an obligation for <br />which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the <br />nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to (1) make debt <br />payments as they became due, or (2) pay taxes. You are hereby <br />notified that because of such default the indebtedness secured by <br />said trust deed is accelerated. Trustor has thirty days from the <br />date this Notice of Default is given to cure said default. Trustor <br />may make payment to Fleet Mortgage Corp. of the amount needed to <br />bring this obligation current.
