EXHIBIT "A" 204009866 The following property all located in the Resubdivision of Block 4, Second Addition to Holcomb's Highway Homes Subdivision, Second Addition, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska: (a) A triangular- shaped tract located in Lot 11 in the Resubdivision of Block 4, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the' Northeast corner of said Lot 11, thence southwesterly along the northerly boundary line of said Lot 11, 61 feet 10 inches, thence in a northeasterly direction to a point on the easterly boundary line of said Lot 11, which point is 10 feet 9 inches southeast of the northeast corner of said Lot 11, then northwesterly 10 feet 9 inches along the easterly boundary line of said Lot 11 to the point of beginning; and (b) Lot 12 in the resubdivision of Block 4, excepting (i) a triangular- shaped tract in said Lot 12 deeded to Donald D. Shriner and Patricia A. Shriner, husband and wife, more particularly described as follows: beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 11, thence northeasterly along the northerly line of said Lot 11, a distance of 71.5 feet, said point being the actual point of beginning of said tract, thence at a 900 angle northwesterly 6 feet 4 inches to a point, thence northeasterly 36 feet 2 inches to a point on the northerly boundary line of said Lot 11, which point is 61 feet 10 inches southwest of the northeast corner of said Lot 11, thence southwesterly along the northerly line of said Lot 11, to the actual point of beginning; and (ii) also excepting a certain tract in said Lot 12 deeded to Judith E. Wostrel more particularly described as follows: with reference to the southeast corner of said Lot 12, thence running southwesterly along the southerly line of said Lot 12 a distance of 61.83 feet to the actual point of beginning, thence leaving the southerly line of said Lot 12 and running in a more westerly direction a distance of 36.17 feet to a point, said point being 6.33 feet northwesterly from and normal to the southerly line of said Lot 12 at a point 71.50 feet northeasterly from the southwest corner of said Lot 12, thence running northeasterly a distance of 8.5 feet to a point being 4.00 feet from and normal to the aforesaid course, thence northeasterly parallel to and 4.00 feet from the first - described boundary line of this tract a distance of 24.27 feet, thence running southeasterly a distance of 5.87 feet to the actual point of beginning. -2-
