<br />PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />WHEREAS, Cornerstone Bank, York Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated March 6,
<br />2014 executed by Hayes, Hayes & Soto Investments, L.L.C; A Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as Trustor(s)
<br />in which Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as trustee, and
<br />recorded April 1, 2014, in Instrument No. 201401818 of Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the current Beneficiary, a written request to partially
<br />reconvey, reciting that part of the sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been paid and a portion of the
<br />property described below have been surrendered to the undersigned, asTrustee for a partial release.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby partially reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled therein, only the following interest derived to the undersigned under the Deed of Trust in the following
<br />described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lots Five (5) and Six (6), Block Twenty One (21), MacColl and Leflang's Addition to the City of Wood River, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />This is a partial release given as to the above described real estate only, and the Deed of
<br />Trust being partially released hereby shall remain in effect as to all other real estate
<br />described therein.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, has caused this Partial Deed of
<br />Reconveyance to be executed by Daryl L. Wilton, Executive Vice President of Cornerstone Bank and has
<br />caused its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed this 21st day of September, 2021.
