O'CONNOR, TRUSTEE OF THE RAYMOND J. O'CONNOR <br />REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST, being first duly sworn upon oath, deposes and states upon his <br />own personal knowledge: <br />1. Affiant is the owner of that certain real estate legally described as follows: <br />Lots One (1) and Three (3), Fonner Third Subdivision, in the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom tracts of land more <br />particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 82-003073, <br />Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 95-105533 and Warranty Deed <br />recorded as Document No. 200316358. <br />2. Affiant recorded a Termination of Notice of Commencement ("Termination Notice"), <br />and published and sent required notifications for termination of the Notice of Commencement <br />that was originally filed of record in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds on <br />December 16, 2020, as Instrument No. 202009909. <br />3. Affiant sent a copy of the recorded Termination Notice to all claimants who have <br />requested notice. <br />4. Affiant further states that notice of the recording of the Termination Notice was <br />published in the Grand Island Independent, a newspaper having general circulation in Hall <br />County, Nebraska, on September 10, 2021, September 17, 2021, and September 24, 2021, the <br />last publication being at least five (5) days before the stated termination date contained in the <br />Termination Notice. <br />5. A copy of the notice as published is attached to this Affidavit as Exhibit "A" and is <br />incorporated herein by this reference. <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
