Burrows, hereafter referred to as Principal, <br />a domiciliary of Hamilton County, Nebraska, desiring and in- <br />tending to establish a Power of Attorney operative under the <br />Nebraska Short Form Act, does hereby appoint, constitute and <br />designate Marjorie E. Burrows of Hamilton County, Nebraska, or <br />Larry D. Burrows of Dorchester, NE or Darrell L. Burrows of <br />Columbus, NE the lawful and true Agent and attorney-in-fact <br />for Principal; and Principal does hereby further provide and <br />stipulate in connection therewith as follows: <br />1. This Power of Attorney is a Present Durable Power <br />of Attorney executed pursuant to Nebr. Rev. Stat. 30-2664 et seq. <br />2. By this Power of Attorney, Principal confers upon <br />and grants to Agent plenary power, including but not limited to: <br />General Power for Bank and Financial Transactions. <br />General Power for Business Interests. <br />General Power for Chattels and Goods. <br />General Power for Disputes and Litigation. <br />General Power for Domestic and Personal Concerns. <br />General Power for Fiduciary Relationships. <br />General Power for Governmental and Other Benefits. <br />General Power for Insurance Coverages and Policies. <br />General Power for Proprietary Interests and Materials. <br />General Power for Real Estate, including power of <br />acquisition, pledge and sale. <br />General Power for Securities, including investment and <br />reinvestment. <br />General Power for Records, Reports and Statements. <br />General Power for All Federal and State Income Tax Matters, <br />including execution of returns and receiving refunds. <br />3. If protective proceedings for my person or estate <br />are hereafter commenced and it becomes necessary to appoint <br />Cinr a <br />conservator, guardian of my person or conservator of my estate, I <br />hereby nominate Marjorie E. Burrows, if able and willing, other- <br />wise Larry D. Burrows or Darrell L. Burrows. <br />4. This Power of Attorney is also a Power of Attorney <br />for health care executed under the provisions of Nebr. Rev. Stat. <br />30-3401 et seq. By this Power of Attorney, Principal specifi- <br />cally grants and confers to the aforementioned attorney-in-fact <br />the following authority involving my health and medical care, in <br />addition to those granted by law, if I am unable to give an <br />informed consent to such care and treatment in any manner: <br />(a) To request, receive and review any information, <br />verbal or written, regarding my personal affairs <br />or my physical or mental health and to execute any <br />
