<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust Dated July 15, 2011 and Deed of Trust Dated April 2, 2019, and
<br />executed by Harry A Hoch Jr and Jane C Hoch, Husband and Wife, ("Trustor"), in which Five
<br />Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0201105392
<br />on July 22, 2011 and as Instrument No. 201902002 on April 08, 2019
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />.n of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />• Lot Eight (8), Block Three (3), In Replat of Riverside Acres, an addition to the City of Grand
<br />ov
<br />co Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deeds of Trust have been fully

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
