Luebs, as Successor Trustee of the Ralph E. Luebs Trust, in <br />consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt <br />of which is hereby acknowledged, conveys to Lance Woitaszewski, a single person, Grantee, the <br />following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Sec. 76-201) in Hall County, <br />Nebraska: <br />A tract of land comprising all of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter <br />(NW1/4NE1/4) and part of Lot Two (2), Section Three (3), Township Nine (9) North, <br />Range Elven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more <br />particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said <br />Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NW1/4NE1/4), thence running <br />Easterly along the North line of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter <br />(NW1/4NE1/4) a distance of 1,322 feet to the Northeast corner of the Northwest <br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NW1/4NE1/4); thence running Southerly along <br />the East line of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NW1/4NE1/4) and <br />Lot Two (2) a distance of 1,431 feet to the Northerly right-of-way line of Interstate <br />Highway, thence running Southwesterly along and upon said right-of-way line a <br />distance of 1,541.6 feet to a point on the West line of Lot Two (2); thence running <br />Northerly along the West line of Lot Two (2) and the Northwest Quarter of the <br />Northeast Quarter (NW1/4NE1/4) a distance of 2,213.15 feet to the point of <br />beginning, EXCEPTING a tract deeded to the County of Hall filed in Book 47, Page <br />282 and Corrective Deed filed in Book 47, Page 615. <br />Grantor covenants with the Grantee that Grantor: <br />1. is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances except <br />easements, covenants, and restrictions of record; <br />2. has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; <br />3. warrants and will defend the title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all <br />persons. <br />
