<br />WHEREAS, Cornerstone Bank, York Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated May 14,
<br />2018 executed by Bonsack Land Company LLC, as Trustor(s) in which Cornerstone Bank, York,
<br />Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as trustee, and recorded May 17, 2018, in
<br />Instrument No. 201803117 of Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, has received from the current Beneficiary, a written request to partially reconvey, reciting that
<br />part of the sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been paid and a portion of the property described
<br />below have been surrendered to the undersigned, asTrustee for a partial release.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby partially reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled therein, only the following interest derived to the undersigned under the Deed of Trust in the
<br />following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lots 1 and 2 of White Pine Subdivision, Hall County Nebraska
<br />This is a partial release given as to the above described real estate only, and the Deed of
<br />Trust being partially released hereby shall remain in effect as to all other real estate
<br />described therein.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, has caused this Partial Deed of
<br />Reconveyance to be executed by Daryl L. Wilton, Executive Vice President, and has caused its corporate
<br />seal to be hereunto affixed this 25th day of August.
