<br />SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED 
<br />This 1st day of September, 2021, but effective as of September 9th, 2021, Pall Filter 
<br />Specialists, Inc., formerly known as Filter Specialists, Incorporated, a Delaware corporation 
<br />("Grantor"), whose address is do Pall Corporation, Inc., 25 Harbor Park Drive, Port Washington, 
<br />NY 11050, and, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable 
<br />consideration to it paid by Starostka-Lewis, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company, whose 
<br />address is c/o Teresa Starostka, 429 Industrial Lane, Grand Island, NE 68803 ("Grantee"), the 
<br />receipt and sufficiency of which are acknowledged, by these presents does BARGAIN, SELL, 
<br />CONVEY AND CONFIRM unto the Grantee that certain tract of land located in Hall County, 
<br />Nebraska, described as follows:

<br />Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in 
<br />anywise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues 
<br />and profits thereof, and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever, of Grantor, 
<br />either in law or equity, of, in and to the Property, with the hereditaments and appurtenances. 
<br />Subject to real estate taxes and assessments not yet due, zoning, subdivision, building and 
<br />other governmental restrictions, all instruments of record, rights of parties in possession or under 
<br />unrecorded leases, and all matters apparent or discoverable from a diligent inspection of the 
<br />Property, including, without limitation, by survey. 
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the Property above described, together with all rights and 
<br />appurtenances to the same belonging, unto the said Grantee(s), and to the heirs and assigns of such 
<br />party or parties forever. 
<br />The said Grantor hereby covenanting that said party or parties and the heirs, executors, 
<br />administrators and assigns of such party or parties, shall and will WARRANT AND DEFEND the 
<br />title to the premises unto the said Grantee, and to the heirs and assigns of such party or parties 
<br />forever, against the lawful claims of all persons claiming by, through or under Grantor but none 
<br />other, excepting, however, the general taxes for the calendar year 2021 and thereafter, and special 
<br />taxes becoming a lien after the date of this deed.
