That pursuant to the Order of Sale, heretofore issued herein, John D. Sabott, Master <br />Commissioner, did on the 28th day of July, 2021, sell the following described real estate, to -wit: <br />Lot Five (5), in Block Six (6), in the Original Town, now the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, <br />to Midwest Premier Investments LLC, as purchaser, for the sum of $65,200.00. <br />2. That said sale in all respects was made in conformity with the provisions of the <br />laws of this State governing such sales; that said real estate was sold for fair value under the <br />circumstances and conditions of said sale; and that a subsequent sale would not realize a greater <br />amount. <br />3. That said sale should be confirmed; that the Clerk of the Court should be directed <br />to make an entry on the Journal that the Court is satisfied of the legality of said sale; that Midwest <br />Premier Investments LLC, should be ordered to immediately pay said purchase price, in the sum <br />of $65,200.00 (Certified Funds), to plaintiff's attorney; that upon receipt by plaintiffs attorney of <br />JAS <br />Page I of `1 <br />
