I, Jai Jason Andrist, the undersigned, state that the facts contained in this affidavit are true and <br />accurate and made with my personal knowledge. <br />2. I am a Nebraska Registered professional land surveyor under the laws of the State of Nebraska. <br />3. I am currently employed by Olsson, Inc., 201 E. 2' Street, Grand Island, Nebraska <br />4. On August 5th, 2021, I completed a subdivision plat of BOSSELMAN CROSSING SUBDIVISION in <br />the City of Grand Island, NE, as filed in the Hall County Register of Deeds, Instrument Number <br />202106775 filed August 9, 2021. <br />5. The affiant further states that on this date I have re-examined the subdivision plat of <br />BOSSELMAN CROSSING SUBDIVISION and have discovered an error showing an existing 20' <br />Utility Easement that runs along the west line of Lot 1, of BOSSELMAN CROSSING SUBDIVISION <br />was shown and had been vacated at the time of filing. <br />6.
