VASEY, hereinafter referred to as the " Permittee." <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the Permittee desires to connect to Sanitary Sewer District No. 235, a tract of land <br />comprising of Lot Two (2), D.K. Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />WHEREAS, the City will permit private sanitary sewer service lines to connect directly to <br />public sewer lines and manholes, subject to certain conditions being met by the Permittee. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants and agreements hereinafter <br />contained, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. The City hereby grants to the Permittee a permit to connect the property at 1507 St. Paul <br />Road to the City's sanitary sewer main by way of tapping Manhole No. 418 -2 -1 Sanitary Sewer <br />District No. 235, in accordance with City of Grand Island specifications all as shown on the attached <br />drawing dated October 3, 2000 in accordance with the requirements of the Director of Public Works. <br />Such connection is to be inspected and approved by the City Plumbing Inspector. <br />2. The sanitary sewer service line constructed and maintained by the Permittee shall be and <br />remain the property of the Permittee and in no event shall the City be required to maintain the line. <br />-1- <br />
