THIS DEED OF TRUST ( "Security Instrument ") is made on May 31, 2001 <br />The Trustor is Luciano Gomez and Juana Colin Gardurlo, Husband and Wife <br />( "Borrower "). The trustee is Old Republic National Title Insurance Company <br />( "Trustee "). Thebeneficiary is Major Mortgage, A Wyoming Corporation <br />which is organized and existing under the laws of Wyomi ng , and <br />whose address is 2020 Carey Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001 <br />( "Lender "). Borrower owes Lender the principal sum of <br />Seventy Five Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty and no /100 <br />Dollars (U.S. $ 75, 950.00 ). <br />This debt is evidenced by Borrower's note dated the same date as this Security Instrument ( "Note "), which <br />provides for monthly payments, with the full debt, if not paid earlier, due and payable on June 1, 2031 <br />.
