The Grantors, for themselves, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns <br />will be allowed to perpetuate the use of parking and drive access at all hard surfaced areas included within this <br />easement and will retain the right to maintain, renovate, replace or relocate existing business signs which are in <br />place at the time of execution of this agreement within the easement area subject to compliance with all local <br />ordinances and regulations. In addition, the Grantor, for themselves, their heirs, executors, administrators, <br />successors, and assigns will be allowed to erect additional business signs within the easement area in compliance <br />with all local ordinances and regulations. <br />Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, this easement shall terminate if the City abandons its rights <br />hereunder, which abandonment may be evidenced by an order of the District Court of Hall County making such <br />finding, or by a sworn affidavit signed by the Mayor of the City of Grand Island acknowledging such abandonment. <br />The City shall be deemed to have abandoned said rights if the City, or any agency thereof, fails to exercise any of <br />the rights granted to it herein for a period of three years. <br />DATED: I0 - G 3_ , 2000 <br />JERR LO Y, Grant <br />JANET C.
