<br />that he is one of the attorneys for Five Points Bank, Beneficiary
<br />under a Deed of Trust dated November 10, 1999, and recorded
<br />November 18, 1999, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0099111103, and that on October
<br />�Z_, 2000, he mailed a copy of the attached Notice of Default to
<br />the following parties at the address shown by certified mail,
<br />return receipt requested, postage prepaid:
