<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />GERALD A. DENNE AND KAREN J. DENNE, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
