<br />J. Doe, Real Name Unknown, Spouse of Maletta A. Canfield, Ray A. Reha, J. Doe, Real Name
<br />Unknown, Spouse of Ray A. Reha, Edward E. Reha, J. Doe, Real Name Unknown, Spouse of Edward
<br />E. Reha, Melissa M. Lonowski, J. Doe, Real Name Unknown, Spouse of Melissa M. Lonowski, Joe
<br />L. Reha, J. Doe, Real Name Unknown, Spouse of Joe L. Reha, Judy J. Reha, J. Doe and M. Doe, Real
<br />Names Unknown, Occupants of 720 N. Oak, Grand Island, Nebraska , and Any and all persons
<br />who have or claim some lien upon or interest in the real estate described below, Real Names
<br />Unknown, are Defendants,
<br />Appearance Docket CI20-1057, the undersigned, Sheriff of Hall County, Nebraska, was
<br />commanded to sell the real estate hereinafter described at public sale in the event redemption
<br />was not made as provided by said decree; and
<br />WHEREAS, no redemption having been made the undersigned proceeded to sell the real
<br />estate hereinafter described at public sale to the grantee hereinafter named, and
<br />WHEREAS, said sale was confirmed by Order of Court on the August 5, 2021; and the
<br />undersigned ordered and directed to convey the real estate hereinafter described to the
<br />purchaser.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of $1,497.00, bid and paid by the grantee,
<br />Steve A. Manolidis and Linda L. Manolidis, a married couple, the undersigned does hereby grant,
<br />sell and convey to the said Steve A. Manolidis and Linda L. Manolidis, a married couple, as joint
<br />tenants, with rights of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, the premises as a foresaid
<br />sold, to -wit:
<br />The Northerly Sixty -Eight Feet (68') of Lot One (1), Block One Hundred
<br />Twenty -Nine (129), Union Pacific Railway Company's Second Addition to
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />To have and to hold the same unto the said grantee, its heirs and assigns forever.
