<br />Houdek and Danette S. Houdek, husband and wife, Roseann M. Helgoth and Robert L. Helgoth, wife and

<br />Brockhaus, wife and husband, and Mariann R. Andersen and Paul A. Andersen, wife and husband,
<br />GRANTORS, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR AND THE FIRST AMENDED AND RESTATED
<br />HOUDEK FAMILY AGREEMENT, received from GRANTEES, Roseann M. Helgoth and Robert
<br />L. Helgoth, wife and husband, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, convey all of our
<br />interest to GRANTEES, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201):
<br />All of our undivided interests in The North Half of the Southeast Quarter (N'/2SE'/4)
<br />of Section 2, Township 12 North, Range 10, West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, EXCEPT the tract of land described as follows: A portion of the Northeast
<br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 2, Township 12 North, Range 10, West of
<br />the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
<br />and running West long the North line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast
<br />Quarter a distance of 660.02 feet; thence a deflecting angle left 134°45'20", and
<br />running 929.42 feet Southeasterly to a point on the East line of said Northeast Quarter
<br />of the Southeast Quarter; thence a deflecting angle left 134°45'20" and running North
<br />660.02 feet to the point of beginning, containing 5.00 acres, more or less, the Easterly
<br />33 feet of which being Hall County road right-of-way.
<br />Note: Grantor, Elsie A. Houdek, a single person, and Elsie A. Houdek, Trustee of the
<br />Elsie A. Houdek Trust, reserves a life use of 1/3 of the above-described real estate. It
<br />is acknowledged that Elsie A. Houdek was previously granted a life use of 2/3 of said
<br />real estate by other parties.
<br />GRANTORS covenant with GRANTEES that GRANTORS:
