<br />husband, GRANTORS, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR AND THE FIRST AMENDED AND
<br />RESTATED HOUDEK FAMILY AGREEMENT, received from GRANTEE, Theresa M.
<br />Lawrence, convey all of our interest to GRANTEE, the following described real estate (as
<br />defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201):
<br />All of our undivided interests in the South Half of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(S%2SE'/4) of Section 2, Township 12 North, Range 10, West of the 6th P.M., in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Note: Grantor, Elsie A. Houdek, a single person, and Elsie A. Houdek, Trustee of
<br />the Elsie A. Houdek Trust, reserves a life use of 1/3 of the above-described real
<br />estate. It is acknowledged that Elsie A. Houdek was previously granted a life use
<br />of 2/3 of said real estate by other parties.
<br />GRANTORS covenant with GRANTEE that GRANTORS:
