I explained that she needed to
give a written statement that she had resigned those duties and needed to deliver
those to you or to the alternate agent. She stated that you wanted her to deliver it
to me as your attorney. Sherri brought in a statement of resignation this afternoon
and signed it in front of me.
I have in my possession two original power of attorney documents, two
photocopies of the power of attorneys, the letter Kimberly Olivera prepared for you
when you signed your power of attorney, and a listing of three times that it appears
the durable power of attorney was used.
Sheri is no longer the Agent. Your father will immediately be the Agent able to act
on your behalf through the Durable Power of Attorney.
I have copied Sheri on this email to confirm what I have in my possession and to let
her know she no longer has authority to act on your behalf.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Best Regards,
Jenny Tricker
Schwartzkopf Schroff & Tricker, LLP
.300 North 44th Street, Suite 116
Lincoln, Nebraska 68503
(402) 466-0026
(402) 464-1161 (fax)
jenny@sst-neb.com
This communication, along with any attachments, is covered by federal and state
"law governing electronic communications and may contain confidential and legally
3/24/2015
