(s. <br />IVB r, S <br />C39 rn <br />CA) > <br />0 <br />T <br />NOTICE OF LEVY OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENT <br />COMES NOW the Village of Alda, Nebraska, and hereby gives notice of its levy of a <br />special assessment in the amount of Four Thousand One Hundred Eighty -Seven and 44/100 <br />Dollars ($4,187.44) to the date of this notice resulting from unpaid water rates for water supplied <br />to the below -described premises and the expense of constructing and maintaining water mains, <br />pipes, or such parts specially benefitting the below -described premises. <br />Such lien is for unpaid water rates and the expense of constructing and maintaining water <br />mains, pipes, or such parts in respect to that real estate commonly referred to as 502 West Front <br />Street, Alda, Nebraska, and legally described as: <br />All that part of Lot Six (6) of the County Subdivision of the Northwest Quarter <br />(NW1/4) and the West Half of the Northeast Quarter (N1/2NE1/4) of Section Five <br />(5), Township Ten (10), Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., which lies South of <br />the South line of Pine Street, extended, as said Street is shown on the plan of <br />Brown's Addition to Alda, except a strip 40 feet in width off of the South end of <br />said lot conveyed to the State of Nebraska; except a parcel deed to Meta Snellby <br />deed recorded in k 91, Page 455 of the deed records of Hall County, Nebraska and <br />except a parcel deeded to Raymond Majorins by deed recorded as Instrument No. <br />201403804 of the Deed records of Hall County, Nebraska located in Hall County, <br />Nebraska, <br />and notice hereof is given under the authority vested in the Village of Alda to levy such <br />assessment in accordance with the provisions of Nebraska Revised Statutes § 17-507, § 17-538, <br />§ 17-539, and § 77-209 as revised. <br />Dated this—R,X day of J(( I \/ <br />, 2021. <br />
