Alice Majorins, appearing in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska as Case No. CI 20-993, wherein it was determined that accumulated rubbish, trash, weeds, litter, and unlicensed vehicles constituted a nuisance. Such lien is for abatement costs in respect to that real estate commonly referred to as 502 West Front Street, Alda, Nebraska, and legally described as: All that part of Lot Six (6) of the County Subdivision of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) and the West Half of the Northeast Quarter (N1/2NE1/4) of Section Five (5), Township Ten (10), Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., which lies South of the South line of Pine Street, extended, as said Street is shown on the plan of Brown's Addition to Alda, except a strip 40 feet in width off of the South end of said lot conveyed to the State of Nebraska; except a parcel deed to Meta Snellby deed recorded in k 91, Page 455 of the deed records of Hall County, Nebraska and except a parcel deeded to Raymond Majorins by deed recorded as Instrument No. 201403804 of the Deed records of Hall County, Nebraska located in Hall County, Nebraska, and notice hereof is given under the authority vested in the Village of Alda to levy such assessment in accordance with the provisions of Nebraska Revised Statutes § 18-1722 as revised.
