�o <br />--\ Y-4 T <br />N� '� <br />B <br />N� <br />_. <br />c. <br />Wc,cc, <br />. , -, <br />z,..q j <br />n= <br />c,) <br />CVS <br />NOTICE OF LEVY OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENT <br />COMES NOW the Village of Alda, Nebraska, and hereby gives notice of its levy of a <br />special assessment in the amount of Two Thousand Four Hundred Eighty -Seven and 8/100 <br />Dollars ($2,487.08) to the date of this notice resulting from costs attributable to nuisance <br />abatement as authorized in the Judgment entered on February 18, 2021, in that case entitled <br />Village of Alda, Nebraska v. Alice Majorins, appearing in the District Court of Hall County, <br />Nebraska as Case No. CI 20-993, wherein it was determined that accumulated rubbish, trash, <br />weeds, litter, and unlicensed vehicles constituted a nuisance. <br />Such lien is for abatement costs in respect to that real estate commonly referred to as 502 <br />West Front Street, Alda, Nebraska, and legally described as: <br />All that part of Lot Six (6) of the County Subdivision of the Northwest Quarter <br />(NW1/4) and the West Half of the Northeast Quarter (N1/2NE1/4) of Section Five <br />(5), Township Ten (10), Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., which lies South of <br />the South line of Pine Street, extended, as said Street is shown on the plan of <br />Brown's Addition to Alda, except a strip 40 feet in width off of the South end of <br />said lot conveyed to the State of Nebraska; except a parcel deed to Meta Snellby <br />deed recorded in k 91, Page 455 of the deed records of Hall County, Nebraska and <br />except a parcel deeded to Raymond Majorins by deed recorded as Instrument No. <br />201403804 of the Deed records of Hall County, Nebraska located in Hall County, <br />Nebraska, <br />and notice hereof is given under the authority vested in the Village of Alda to levy such <br />assessment in accordance with the provisions of Nebraska Revised Statutes § 18-1722 as revised. <br />Dated this . day of i -t \/ <br />, 2021. <br />IN � <br />
