<br />WHEREAS, Cornerstone Bank, York Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated November 19, 2014
<br />executed by Lilley Sand and Gravel Inc.; A Nebraska Corporation, as Trustor(s) in which Cornerstone Bank, York,
<br />Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as trustee, and recorded November 21, 2014, in Instrument
<br />Number 201407368 of Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has received
<br />from the current Beneficiary, a written request to partially reconvey, reciting that part of the sums secured by such Deed
<br />of Trust have been paid and a portion of the property described below have been surrendered to the undersigned, as
<br />Trustee for a partial release.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby partially reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />therein, only the following interest derived to the undersigned under the Deed of Trust in the following described real
<br />estate, to -wit:

<br />This is a partial release given as to the above described real estate only, and the Deed of Trust being
<br />partially released hereby shall remain in effect as to all other real estate described therein.
