WARRANTY DEED <br />1. The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a municipal corporation, by action of its City <br />Council on April 12, 1999, enacted Ordinance No. 8472, which directed the conveyance of a <br />one -half interest in the real estate described below to the County of Hall, Nebraska, a body <br />politic and corporate. <br />2. A Warranty Deed conveying such property from the City of Grand Island to the <br />County of Hall was recorded with the Hall County Register of Deeds office on June 25, 1999 as <br />Instrument No. 99- 106427. <br />3.
