WARRANTY DEED
<br />1. The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a municipal corporation, by action of its City
<br />Council on April 12, 1999, enacted Ordinance No. 8472, which directed the conveyance of a
<br />one -half interest in the real estate described below to the County of Hall, Nebraska, a body
<br />politic and corporate.
<br />2. A Warranty Deed conveying such property from the City of Grand Island to the
<br />County of Hall was recorded with the Hall County Register of Deeds office on June 25, 1999 as
<br />Instrument No. 99- 106427.
<br />3. On September 12, 2000, by Motion duly made and adopted, the Hall County
<br />Board of Supervisors approved an Agreement to Rescind the prior transaction and the re-
<br />conveyance of such one -half interest in the real estate described below back to the City of Grand
<br />Island in accordance with the terms thereof.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, the County of Hall, Nebraska, a body politic and corporate,
<br />Nebraska, as Grantor, in consideration of Two Hundred Sixty Two Thousand Dollars
<br />($262,000.00) received from Grantee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto
<br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />A municipal corporation, herein called the Grantee, a one -half interest in the following described
<br />property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lots Three (3 ) and Four (4) in Block Fourteen (14) in Arnold & Abbott's
<br />Addition to the Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />That part of vacated Adams Street, being eighty (80) feet in width, lying between
<br />the westerly line of Block Fourteen (14) and the easterly line of Block Fifteen
