Please take notice that Paul J. LaPuzza, Trustee, in a <br />Trust Deed from James Ogden and Geraldine Ogden, dated April 17, <br />1998 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska on May 19, 1998 as Instrument No. 98- 104724, the <br />Beneficiary of which Trust Deed was Preferred Credit Corporation; <br />subsequently by reason of an assignment said Trust Deed was <br />assigned to U.S. Bank National Association ND, said assignment <br />dated April 21, 2000 and recorded in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on May 4, 2000 as Instrument No. <br />0200003610 does hereby notify the above -named persons of a default <br />in said Trust Deed, which Trust Deed was granted upon the <br />following - described real estate, situated in the County of Hall and <br />State of Nebraska, to -wit: <br />LOT SIX (6), BLOCK SEVEN (7), TN GEORGE LOANS SUBDIVISION, <br />AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA <br />and that a breach of the obligation for which the trust property <br />was conveyed as security has occurred in that the grantors of said <br />deed have failed, neglected and refused to make the payments on <br />said note which Trust Deed was given to secure, which became due on <br />the 29th day of November, 2000 and thereafter, and that there is <br />now due upon said instrument the principal sum of SEVENTY THREE <br />THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS AND NINETY EIGHT CENTS ($73,600.98) <br />together with interest thereon from the 10th of November, 2000 at <br />RETURN TO: <br />PAUL.
