<br />Notice is hereby given that on Decauber —13 , 1990,
<br />Lomas Mortgage USA, Inc., f /k /a The Lomas & Nettleton C®mpany, as
<br />Plaintiff, filed its Petition in the District Court of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, against James R. Sixenmann, as Defendant, the
<br />object and prayer of said Petition Ding to foreclose a real
<br />estate mortgage held by Plaintiff waa the following described
<br />property, to wit:
<br />Lot Fourteen (14), Block One (1), Dill and
<br />Huston Subdivision, to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall county, Nebraska,
<br />which mortgage was given by James R. Bixenmann and Deborah A.
<br />Bixenmann in favor of Superior Mortgage, Inc., on March 18, 1983,
<br />and subsequently assigned to Banco Mortgage Company on March 18,
<br />1983, and then to Plaintiff on February 28, 1985. Said Mortgage
<br />was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, on March 18, 1983, as Document No. 83- 001336,
<br />and the assignments thereof were recorded in said office on
<br />April 7, 1983, as Document No. 83- 001660 and February 28, 1985,
<br />as Document No. 85- 004250. Plaintiff is now praying for the sale
