The value of Decedent's one-half interest in the above described real estate as shown <br />on the Hall County, Nebraska, tax assessment rolls for the year in which the Decedent died, 2010, <br />is $25,858, which represents an assessed value of $19,394, plus a 25% agricultural discount, for <br />a grossed -up value of $25,858, for the undivided one-half interest. <br />6. The value of the entire estate of the Decedent, which consisted of assets in the sole <br />name of the Decedent or in which the Decedent held an interest as a tenant in common is as <br />follows: <br />Real Estate $25,858 <br />Personal Property $ 0 <br />Total $25,858 <br />7. Thirty days have elapsed since the death of the Decedent, which occurred on January <br />28, 2010, as shown on the certified Death Certificate attached to this affidavit. <br />8. No application or petition for the appointment of a Personal Representative is pending <br />or has been granted in any jurisdiction. The claiming successors' relationship to the decedent <br />are as the surviving children and spouse of the decedent. <br />9. The Estate of Carl A. Rezabek is entitled to an undivided one-fourth (1/4) interest in <br />the real property and Kenneth W. Ross, Peggy J. Walter, Allan C. Ross, Randall D. Ross and <br />Debra S. Jarzynka are each entitled to an undivided one -twentieth (1/20) interest in the real <br />property by reason of the laws of intestacy. Nebraska Probate Code Section 30-24,129 allows for <br />the transfer of said real estate by affidavit. <br />10. The claiming successors have made an investigation and has been unable to <br />determine any will of the decedent. <br />11. No other person or persons has or have a right to the interest of the Decedent in the <br />described property. <br />12. Pursuant to Nebraska Probate Code Section 28-915, the Affiants swear or affirm that <br />all statement in this Affidavit are true and material and further acknowledge that any false <br />statement may subject the affiants to penalties relating to perjury. <br />13.
