M () r) <br />nn = D <br />= D L x = <br />M = "' <br />Q <br />i <br />EXTENSION AGREEMENT <br />7 <br />rn <br />a .. <br />0 <br />rn <br />0 <br />O <br />C-) <br />C-5 --+ <br />Ca't <br />s <br />Cn <br />n <br />This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed thijffH day AUGUST, 2001, by and <br />between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />hereinafter referred to as "Lender ", and <br />KENNETH E ELDER, A SINGLE PERSON <br />hereinafter referred to as `Borrower ". <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note <br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as: <br />LOT THREE (3), IN SUNSET SIXTH SUBDIVISION, BEING A TRACT COMPRISING PART <br />OF LOT ONE (1), SUNSET SUBDIVISION, AND A PART OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER <br />(NE 1/4) OF SECTION ELEVEN (11) TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE TEN (10) <br />WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated MARCH 6, 1997, and filed for record on MARCH 7, <br />1997, in the office of the HALL COUNTY REIGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA AS DOCUMENT #-99--104309: 97- 101640 <br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of APRIL 1, 2007; and <br />was extended to APRIL 1, 2009 recorded APRIL 28, 1999 AS DOCUMENT # 99- 104309; <br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the <br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give <br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of <br />Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: <br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage <br />is hereby AMENDED TO SEPTEMBER 1, 2016. <br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS.
