Wagner, GRANTEE, all interest in and to the <br />following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201): <br />Part of Lots 2 and 3 in Block 23 in Nagy's Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the <br />Southwest corner of said Lot 3; thence running Easterly along and upon the <br />Southerly line of said Lots 2 and 3, a distance of 98.19 feet to a point on the <br />Westerly line of Plum Street; thence deflecting left 121°05' and running <br />Northwesterly along and upon the Westerly line of plum Street, a distance of <br />31.24 feet; thence continuing Northwesterly along and upon the arc of a circle <br />whose radius is 125.0 feet (also the Westerly line of Plum Street) a distance of <br />14.1 feet; thence Westerly along and upon a line 38.9 feet Northerly and parallel <br />to the Southerly line of said Lots 2 and 3, a distance of 75.7 feet, to the West line <br />of said Lot 3; thence Southerly along and upon the Westerly line of said Lot 3, a <br />distance of 38.9 feet to the place of beginning. <br />GRANTOR has determined that GRANTEE is the person entitled to distribution of the <br />real estate from said estate.
