Hinrichs and Shannon R. Hinrichs, <br />Trustees, Chad D. Hinrichs and Shannon R. Hinrichs Revocable Trust, Grantor, whether one or <br />more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Crale A.
