Zwiener-Scott, f/k/a <br />Angela M. Zwiener, a single person, hereby sells, sets over, and assigns unto Angela M. Zwiener-Scott and <br />Kerri Alderman, as joint tenants, with rights of survivorship, the following property: <br />A. All of her lease rights under lease dated November 19, 1990, wherein Kuester <br />Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and Charles A. Scott is the Lessee and pertaining to <br />the following: <br />Southerly one-half (S1/2) of Lot Fourteen (14) and all of Lot Fifteen (15), having <br />a lake front footage of 75 feet, situated on the West side of the West portion of <br />Kuester Lake and being on a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter <br />(El/SW1/4) in Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine <br />(9), in Hall County, bounded on the westerly side of the common road, <br />said lots as are shown on the plat in the possession of the Lessor. <br />B. All improvements on said above-described premises. <br />C. Any other personal property situated on or about the improvements on said premises. <br />D.
