Names. The name of the condominium is "SOUTHEAST COMMONS BUSINESS CONDOMINIUMS", a condominium. The name of the association is "SOUTHEAST COMMONS BUSINESS CONDOMINIUMS UNIT OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.", a nonprofit corporation ("association"). 2. Description. The condominium is situated in Hall County, Nebraska on the following - described real estate: Lots One (1) and Three (3), Fonner Third Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom tracts of land more particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 82-003073, Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 95-105533 and Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 200316358. 3. Number of Units. The anticipated number of units to be created, either initially or by the exercise of special Declarant rights, is initially Ten (10), but subject to increase at the sole option and discretion of Declarant in accordance with the special Declarant right hereafter set forth. 4.
