KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by a
<br />KATHLEEN A GOODNER, A SINGLE PERSON
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated APRIL 13, 1999 and recorded APRIL 20, 1999 in the Office of the REGISTER OF DEEDS

<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
