Schoneberg, a single person, <br />Craig L. Schoneberg and Darlene E. Schoneberg, husband and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in <br />consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, <br />H does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Peter L. Morgan and Connie J.
