You are hereby notified that David A. Garcia and Andrea N. Jackson, both as unmarried individuals. <br />as Trustors, did on or about August 15, 1997, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a <br />Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following- described real <br />property: <br />The East Half (E1 /2) of Lots Fifty -Nine (59), and Sixty (60) in Belmont <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from United Nebraska Bank, Beneficiary of <br />said Deed of Trust which was recorded on August 20, 1997, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 97- 106765. <br />On or about August 15, 1997, United Nebraska Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and <br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation.
