DEED OF RECONVOYANCE <br />90-- 107202 <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, William W. Marshall III, President <br />and representative of Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, as Trustee <br />under the Deed of Trust dated September 11, 1990 executed by John J. <br />Gillespie III and Cynthia N.
