<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by KEVIN W.
<br />GLEASON AND TONIA P. GLEASON, HUSBAND AND WIFE to BANK OF DONIPHAN, P
<br />O BOX 270, DONIPHAN, NE 68832, Trustee for the benefit of BANK OF DONIPHAN, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein dated NOVEMBER 7, 2012, and filed NOVEMBER 15, 2012, in the office
<br />of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, ENTERED AS
<br />INSTRUMENT #201209569, of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, In Consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Deed of Trusts in the following described property:
