<br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT
<br />The undersigned, being the Trustee under a Trust Deed filed for record on
<br />March 1, 1994, in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document
<br />No. 94- 101711, executed by David R. Valencia, an unmarried person, as Trustor, in
<br />which The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, a
<br />Federal Savings Bank, is named as Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, is
<br />named as Trustee; and the Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of an
<br />obligation for which nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to make debt
<br />payments as they became due. You are hereby notified that because of such default
<br />the indebtedness secured by said Trust Deed is accelerated as of September 13, 2001;
<br />be notified that because of such default the undersigned has elected to sell or cause to
<br />be sold the trust property to satisfy the obligations under the Trust Deed; the trust
<br />property affected is as follows:
<br />Lot Two (2), in Block Twenty -One (21), in Schimmer's Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
