1042114 -7 SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED 200009751 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc., an Iowa Corporation, with its Home Office at 711 High Street, Des Moines, Iowa, in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development of Washington, D.C., an officer of the United States of America, his successors in office and assigns, the following described real estate situated in the County of Hall State of Nebraska, and more particularily described as follows, to -wit: LOT NINE (9) BLOCK SIXTEEN (16) ASHTON PLACE AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND HALL COUNTY NEBRASKA together with all the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereunto belonging, and all the estate, title, right of homestead, claim or demand whatsoever of Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. of, in, or to the same or any part thereof.
