Rohr f/k/a Lyndi K. Davenport and <br />Brandon Rohr, wife and husband, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and <br />other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, <br />convey and confirm unto Nicholas R. Rech and Kelsey L.
