The <br />trustee is First American Title Insurance Company, whose address is 13924 Gold Circle, Omaha, NE 68144 <br />("Trustee"). The beneficiary is Lutheran Church Extension Fund - Missouri Synod, a Missouri nonprofit <br />corporation whose address is 10733 Sunset Office Drive, Suite 300, Saint Louis, Missouri 63127-1020 <br />("Lender"), which is organized and existing under the laws of the State of Missouri. Grantor owes Lender the <br />principal sum of Two Hundred Seventy Thousand and 00/100 Dollars (U.S. $270,000.00), which is evidenced by <br />the promissory note dated June 16, 2021.
