<br />WHEREAS, WILLIAM E. LANGDON is the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated AUGUST

<br />benefit of PHH MORTGAGE SERVICES CORPORATION, which Deed of Trust was recorded
<br />AUGUST 23, 1999 as Instrument No. 0099108453, in Book No. - - -, at Page No. - --
<br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, NEBRASKA;
<br />AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, PHH MORTGAGE SERVICES CORPORATION, has requested a
<br />reconveyance of the trust property to the person or person entitled thereto;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises:
<br />LOT FOUR (4) AND THE WEST SEVENTEEN FEET FOOT INCHES (17'4) OF LOT THREE (3), IN
