<br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Duane A. Burns, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association,
<br />whose mailing address is 308 N. Locust Street, Suite 306, Grand Island, NE 68801, is hereby appointed
<br />Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by Sue Christensen n/k/a Sue Bigley, a single
<br />person, as Trustor, in which GRAND ISLAND AREA HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC., a Nebraska
<br />Corporation, is named as the Beneficiary, dated December 21, 1994, and recorded December 28, 1994,
<br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Instrument Number 94110238 regarding the real
<br />estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Deed of Reconvevance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Sue
<br />Christensen n/k/a Sue Bigley, a single person, as Trustor, for GRAND ISLAND AREA HABITAT FOR
<br />HUMANITY, INC., a Nebraska Corporation, as Beneficiary, dated December 21, 1994, and recorded in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, Instrument Number 9411238, has been
<br />paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered as confirmed by their endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title and interest and claim
<br />acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />3. Description of real estate applicable to both Substitution of Trustee and Deed of
<br />Reconvevance.
<br />Lot Five (5), Block Four (4), in George Loan's Subdivision of part of the South part of the
<br />West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W1/2NW1/4) of Section Ten (10), Township Eleven (11)
<br />North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
