In consideration <br />of the acceptance of the plat of said GRAND ISLAND FARMSTEAD PROJECT THIRD <br />SUBDIVISION, the Subdivider hereby consents and agrees with the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />that she will install or provide at her expense the following improvements: <br />1.
